PoolofCompetence SA is recruiting an eDiscovery Technical Analyst for a Major Swiss Bank based in Zurich.
The role is strongly technical in nature, focusing on eDiscovery processes, data workflows, and specialized tools (Training provided).
You will work closely with Legal, Compliance, and IT stakeholders on complex litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.

Required profile
- Hands-on experience in technical eDiscovery
- Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes and data workflows
- Relativity experience is a strong plus
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with complex datasets

- Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
Project / Job description
- Manage eDiscovery workflows (collection, processing, review, production)
- Work with eDiscovery platforms
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT teams in an international environment
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and defensible eDiscovery processes
- The bank will train candidates on their specific data collection tool
- Perform data analysis, filtering, and quality control while ensuring data integrity, traceability, and confidentiality
